Whole collections
With a collection, the difference is the effort. You do not have to research every card yourself.
- No minimum number of cards, from a single card to an entire collection
- Import a list or send overview photos instead of typing in every card
- One offer and one shipment instead of many individual sales
Two routes for larger collections
For hundreds or thousands of cards, you can import a list or send us a few overview photos if you cannot identify every card. We handle the identification as part of our inspection.
If your collection is worth four figures or more, it is best to talk to us directly beforehand instead of entering every card individually. We handle larger collections personally. If you are unsure about individual cards, email us beforehand at hello@cardbuyer.eu. We would rather help with identification than disappoint you after shipping.
What to keep in mind with large collections
We do not buy individual cards with a reference value below €0.20. With ordinary commons from newer sets this is often the case. You can skip those when entering your cards. We buy unsorted bulk through a separate page, at a price per 1,000 cards.
Your total offer should reach at least €50. Through the online form you can offer cards worth up to €2,500.
How the price for a whole list is determined
When you submit your list, we use the Cardmarket trend and the lowest current listings in each card’s language. A collector then assesses variant, condition, demand, and resale prospects. You get a separate unit price for every card.
Shipping and payment for larger quantities
For a whole collection, we provide prepaid DHL labels once we have agreed. For safety, larger or high-value shipments are split into several parcels. You then get a separate label for each parcel. When packaged correctly according to our instructions, the shipment is insured up to the full card value and a maximum of €25,000.
After inspection, we pay by bank transfer or PayPal within five business days, once every card in your collection has been resolved, meaning purchased or returned with an explanation.
An example
Florian sold around 200 cards for €350, in person and paid immediately. Larger quantities can be bundled into a single purchase like this instead of being listed one by one. Through CardBuyer.eu, Kai’s purchase went like this: 46 cards for €360, shipping label in under two hours, inspection and payment within two days of arrival.
