How it works
A clear deal from the first card to the final payment.
Here is exactly what happens, what you decide, and when your cards leave your hands.
1. Build your list
Add the set, collector number, language, and quantity for each card. At this point we only need an email address, and you have not agreed to sell anything.
2. We do the market work
We compare the exact card with current Cardmarket listings, taking the printing, language, and claimed condition into account. We buy for resale, so our offer is below retail. A collector reviews every price before it is sent.
3. You choose what works
Your private link shows the amount we are offering for each card. Accept, counter, or decline card by card. Each offer stays open for 48 hours from the time it is sent.
4. We arrange tracked shipping
Once at least one card is agreed, we ask for the details needed for shipping and payment. Shipping availability is confirmed for your order and, once confirmed, we provide a prepaid tracked label. Do not send cards before receiving those instructions.
5. We inspect fairly
We check every card when it arrives. If it matches the claimed condition and attributes, the agreed price stands. If it does not, we explain why and send a revised price; you can accept it, counter it, or ask for the card back.
6. Everything is resolved, then paid
If you decline a revised price, you pay the documented tracked-return cost. It is deducted from an available payout, or paid before return dispatch when there is no payout. We pay completed purchases within five business days after all purchased and returned cards are resolved.
