How is my offer calculated?+
We review comparable Cardmarket listings for the exact printing, language, and claimed condition. Because we buy for resale, our offer is below retail rather than the full marketplace asking price.

How quickly will I get my offer?+
You get your offer within 48 hours. We review every price before it reaches you.
Am I committed when I submit?+
No. Your list is a request for an offer. You can accept, counter, or decline each card, and you do not ship anything until after an agreement.
How long is the offer valid?+
Each price we send stays open for 48 hours from the time it is sent. A new price has its own new 48-hour window.
Is there a minimum value?+
There is no minimum card count, but the final offer should total at least €50. If it falls below that level after review, we explain why and invite you to add cards; no offer is sent automatically.
Who pays to send the cards?+
Shipping availability is confirmed for each order. Once confirmed and agreed, we provide a prepaid tracked label and packing instructions. For safety, larger or high-value shipments are split into several parcels. You then get a separate label for each parcel.
What if inspection finds different attributes?+
We explain the condition issue and may send a revised price. You can accept, counter, or decline it. If you decline or let it expire, the legal buyer pays the complete tracked return cost.
Who pays return postage?+
The legal buyer pays the complete tracked return cost when a post-inspection revised price is declined or expires. It is not deducted from your payout.
When will I be paid?+
Within five business days after inspection and after every purchased or returned card from the shipment has been resolved.
Which payment methods are available?+
Bank transfer, PayPal, or another agreed method. We ask only for the information needed for your chosen method.
Can I save my list and continue later?+
No. Save and resume is not available yet. Keep the page open while building your list, or email us before starting if the collection is too large for one session.
Which cards can I submit?+
We accept Pokémon singles in supported languages and conditions from MT to PO. Cards must be unsigned, ungraded, and standard-size. Cards below €0.20 are not purchased individually.
